1. Late check in due to the room still under cleaning. 2. The Front Office staff was not really helpful as I ask something regarding the parking, the staff just don't want to answer the question. 3. Most of the gym facilities were broken and cannot be use. 4. The book menu in the room does not display the menu instead ask the customer to call for enquiries which will make the decision to order longer.

Very satisfied. Very spacious and clean. The view of the city was very beautiful but a bit noisy at night because it is near the main road. I suggest those who want to stay here if you have a sleep problem please request a room that is facing the other way. Water supply no problem. The aircond is good. Functioning really well. There is also a space for smoking and my husband was very satisfied with that facility because almost all hotels that we go to didn't provide this space. The staff at the counter was very quick giving a response. Will repeat going here again someday.

房間比較大，離imago近，地理位置挺好的，可以寄存行李，樓下有個酒店內部小超市，酒店旁邊有一個小的夜市，周邊沒有超市，前台客服第一天遇到的不是很好，後面幾天遇到的服務都還不錯，房間內部裝修比較老了，住的817這個房間，後來才反應過來確定是這個床不乾淨，有蟲咬，不是蚊子，是又癢又大，好幾天都不消的那種，被連續咬了好幾個，到現在還是非常癢.非常後悔訂的這一家。

1.這兩前台態度很差，第一次見跟客人説話臉轉一邊，把不耐煩標註在臉上的服務人員。 2.酒店服務非常差，房間漏放了吹風機拖鞋，去前台叫了等了幾個小時都不送上來，每次都需要去叫第二遍……頭髮都幹了才拿到吹風機 3、房間衞生堪憂，角落都是頭髮，這就算了，就連桌面上都能摸出一層厚灰 4.

住完之後腿上全是紅點 從吉隆坡 道仙本那 再到亞庇的 前面的酒店都沒事 這個就住了一晚 立刻長紅點 衞生太差了 床上也有汙漬
